Sing-A-Long Wizard of Oz Packs House!

August 07, 2012

A packed auditorium turned out for the Drexel's first ever Sing-A-Long events on Saturday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 25 for a screening of The Wizard of Oz. The fun began with a pre-show costume parade featuring many audience members dressed up as Dorothy look-a-likes, wicked witches, Glindas, munchkins, cowardly lions, a Tin Man and even a Toto.

Besides singing along with some of the best loved songs in movie history (lyrics were provided on screen for new fans), everyone hissed at the Wicked Witch, blew bubbles to greet Glinda, roared with the Lion, and waved light sticks during the twister.
